1- Introductions

Thanks for choosing Rizo. By using the Rizo service or websites (together, the “Rizo Service” or “Service”) you are entering into a binding contract with our company. Your agreement with us includes Cancel and Return, Delivery and Payment policies, along with Terms and Conditions of Use, which includes Privacy Policy and Warranty & Liability. If you don’t agree with these Agreements, then please don’t use the Service.

We’re pleased to make our Service available to you. The Rizo Service includes social and interactive features.

In order to use the Rizo Service, you need to (a) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent to these Agreement and (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws. You also warrant that any registration information that you submit to Rizo is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.

2- Cancellation & Return

2-1-Return Conditions

We hope you will love your Rizo purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 14 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products (with a completed returns form) reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

We accept returns under the following situations:

a)      Damaged items getting delivered

b)      Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order

Please provide us with the following:

1.       Details of your order number and the item/s included in your order.

2.       Invoice number accompanying your order

3.       Consignment number of the courier’s airway bill

4.       A note of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway bill, which you retain.

5.       Please notify Rizo directly within 2 days of receipt of the products if there is damage along with the details of the damage.

6.       Also send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s)


To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +982188807649 (9:30AM – 6:00PM local time in Iran) or email us at sales@rizolux.com.In case, the order has already been shipped, please inform customer service and do not accept the shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped out.

2-3- refunds

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 20 days from the date on which Rizo receives returned goods. The amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid or any other account which you announce us.


It is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, and transportation mode and shipment size.

We are committed to deliver products purchased from Rizo in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered in any country.

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

3-1- Delivery Time

We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually get delivered in next 10 to 14 working days, except paintings which need to be confirmed first and coordinated with costumer before dispatching.   

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  3. Please make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at +982188807649 (9:30AM – 6:00PM local time in Iran) or sales@rizolux.com.


We don't store your payment information with us. You enter this information on secure payment gateway which is authorized by Government.

We do accept international credit cards on Rizo via PayPal.

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.  If you do not receive this email please contact sales@rizolux.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


5-Terms & Conditions

5-1- Product Information

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products. All products shown are subject to availability.

Rizo makes every effort to present accurate and timely information regarding the products we have for sale. However, it is possible that discrepancies or inaccuracies may arise if Rizolux.com receives inaccurate information from our suppliers or other outside sources. Should you encounter any information on our site that you deem inaccurate, please inform us at trade@rizolux.com.

Rizo takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.

5-2- Changes to the Agreements

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Rizo Service and Agreements. When we make changes to the Agreements that we consider material, we’ll notify you through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

5-3-Licenseand assignment

The Rizo Service and the content provided through it are the property of Rizo or Rizo's licensors, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the Rizo Service and to receive the content made available through the Rizo Service in your Local Country.

All Rizo trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Rizo brand are the sole property of Rizo. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Rizo trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, or any other features of the Rizo brand, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

You agree to abide by our User Guidelines and not to use the Rizo Service (including but not limited to its content) in any manner not expressly permitted by our terms.

5-4- User generated content

Rizo users may post, upload and/or contribute (“post”) content to the Service, including pictures or text. You represent that you have the right to post any Review which you post to the Service, and that such Review, or its use by us as contemplated by this Agreement, does not violate these Agreements, applicable law, or the intellectual property rights of others. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any Review that you post on or in connection with Rizo. This license lasts until you terminate your Rizo account, except in the case of Review that you have published, made public and/or share with others.

5-5- Consideration

In consideration for the rights granted to you under these terms, you grant us the right (a) to allow the Rizo Service to use the processor, bandwidth and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Service, (b) to provide advertising and other information to you and (c) to allow our business partners to do the same.

You grant Rizo a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, make available to the public, publish, translate and distribute any Review and content that you post on or otherwise provide through the Rizo Service.

These Agreement are not intended to grant rights to anyone except you and Rizo, and in no event shall these Agreement create any third party beneficiary rights. Any failure by Rizo to enforce these Terms or any provision thereof shall not waive Rizo’s right to do so.

Rizo does not monitor, review, or edit Review, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any Review or Account for any or no reason, including but not limited to, Review or Account that, in Rizo’s sole discretion, violates these Agreements. Rizo may take these actions without prior notification to you. Removal or disabling of access to Review or Account shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific Review or Account.

Rizo is not responsible for Review or Account nor does it endorse any opinion contained in Review or Account. If you believe that any Review or Account infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you believe that any Review or Account does not comply with the User Guidelines or that your rights under applicable law have been otherwise infringed by any Review or Account, please contact us at trade@rizolux.com.

5-6- User Guidelines

We’ve established a few ground rules for you to follow when using the Service, to make sure Rizo stays enjoyable for everyone. Please follow these rules and encourage other users to do the same.

Rizo respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. This means, for example, that the following is not permitted: (a) Copying, reproducing, “ripping”, recording, or making available to the public any part of the Rizo Services or content delivered to you via the Rizo Services, or otherwise any making use of the Rizo Service which is not expressly permitted under these Terms; (b) using the Rizo service to import or copy any local files you do not have the legal right to import or copy in this way; (c) reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modification or creating derivative works based on the Rizo Services or any part thereof; (d) circumventing any technology used by Rizo, its licensors, or any third party to protect content accessible through the Service; (e) renting or leasing of any part of the Services; (h) removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through the Rizo Service; (i) providing your password to any other person or using any other person’s user name and password.

Please respect Rizo and other users of the Rizo Service. Don’t engage in any activity on the Service or upload Review and content, including registering and/or using a username, which is or includes material that (a) is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic or obscene; (b) is illegal, or intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind, including but not limited to, violations of intellectual property rights, privacy rights or proprietary rights of Rizo or a third party; (c) includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such personal data, (d) includes malicious content such as malware, Trojan horses or viruses, or otherwise interferes with any user’s access to the Service; (e) is intended or does harass or bully other users; (f) impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with another user, person or entity, or is otherwise fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading (i) involves commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes; (j) promotes commercial products or services; (k) interferes with the Rizo Service, tampers with or attempts to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the Service or Rizo’s computer systems or network, or breaches any of Rizo’s security or authentication measures, or (l) conflicts with the Agreement, as determined by Rizo. You agree that Rizo may also reclaim your username for any reason.

Please be thoughtful about what you make public on Rizo. The Rizo Service includes social and interactive features, including the ability to post Review, share content, and make certain information about you public, as further described in your account settings. Remember that shared or publicly available information may be used and re-shared by other users on Rizo or across the web, so please use Rizo carefully and manage your account settings regularly. Rizo has no responsibility for your choices to make any actions or material public on the Service.

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. You understand that you are responsible for all use of your username and password on the Service. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account by third parties, please notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

5-7- Privacy Policy

At Rizolux.com, we respect your privacy as much as you do. We do not share your personal information with others. This information is only used by Riaolux.com and its partners to ensure the fulfillment of the service requested by you. This includes informing you of promotional offers. You can cancel your registration to mark yourself inactive; however the information you provide shall remain archived in Rizo.com servers.

We collect anonymous traffic information from you. These include computer identification, IP address, browser etc. These are standard usage logs captured by the web server. The personal identification information that we store is as provided by you during your registration. This personal information includes name, address, mobile and other information collected during the registration process.

5-8- Warranty & Liability

Rizo does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, Rizo is liable only to change the product. Rizo is not responsible for delays arising out of uncontrollable problems.
